Cigar City and Skatepark of Tampa create Moat Water

- Cigar City Brewing and the Skatepark of Tampa celebrate the first bottles of Moat Water.
As the label explains, the beer is made with moat water from the surrounding areas of the skate park. Just kidding! It's actually crafted with some of Cigar City's finest ingredients. But the label does provide the most accurate description of the flavors inside Moat Water, "think all you can eat chocolate chip pancakes and bottomless coffee." Indeed — but make the bottomless coffee strong black coffee.
It pours like a dark room, no light can get through this thick stout. It's got a little sweetness to it, and tastes creamy — perfect for chilly nights spent surfing the streets on your skateboard.
Moat Water is available in the Cigar City tasting room at 3924 W. Spruce St. in Tampa and will be available at local CCB distribution locations soon.
