The celebrity website claims the videos were filmed in the same style as the Hogan tape, with an overhead surveillance-style camera. In one video, Clem allegedly checks the camera, "Is this thing recording? Okay, not that I don't trust you but I will get in trouble if it doesn't."
In the Hogan tape, both Clem and Bubba acknowledge that they know the sex had been filmed. At one point, Bubba even makes a joke about getting rich by selling the tape. However, Clem's statement in this latest video raises more questions about the purpose of these tapes.
At the very least, it seems the couple had an open relationship. The question that remains is if the tapes were for security purposes, or if Bubba has a cuckolding fetish, which is common among swingers.
On Monday, Hogan's lawyer announced that the reality-star will seek $100 million in damages from Gawker for posting the tape. The lawsuit also claims that Bubba and Clem recorded Hogan without his permission, though it is not clear how much he is seeking from them.
Bubba maintains that he did not leak the tapes. He even goes so far as to suggest that Hogan could have leaked the tapes himself. Bubba has yet to go on record about the purpose of the tapes or the nature of his relationship with Clem.
