It should be noted from the beginning that I love cider. There are many people who hate cider and no flavor combination could ever sway their palate. So, being forewarned, I can go on to say that Woodchuck's fall cider is pretty dang delicious.

It is a translucent honey-color and smells like someone boiled a cinnamon broom and added sugar. It is sweet, like a toffee sauce. The taste of the cinnamon and nutmeg is strong. Take Woodchuck's Amber cider and add more cloves, more nutmeg, and more cinnamon and some American white oak.

The fall cider is like a Glade candle exploded in your mouth, which probably sounds disgusting to some people. For me, the taste was so refreshing and satisfying that I could imagine easily downing another two or three without blinking. Cider fans will rejoice in this very festive brew.
