Study: Trojan's U.S. Sex Census

-15% of American adults have not experienced an orgasm.
-50% of men enjoy oral and penetrative sex equally compared with 32% of women.
-85% of men have purchased condoms compared to 51% of women.
-40% of women say they are against having sex with someone outside of a relationship context compared to 22% of men.
-71% of men wish they were having more sex compared to 55% of women.
Frequency of Sex by Region:
-North-easterners: 130 times per year, 2.5 times per week.
-Mid-westerners: 125 times per year, 2.4 times per week.
-Westerners: 120 times per year, 2.3 times per week.
-Southerners: 114 times per year, 2.1 times per week.
Frequency of Sex by City:
-Los Angeles: 135 times per year
-Houston: 125 times per year
-Philadelphia: 99 times per year
-Dallas: 104 times each.
Sexual Satisfaction by City:
-Philadelphians: 82% report that they are sexually satisfied
-New York: 81%
-Atlanta: 80%
-San Francisco: 70%
-Boston: 73%
-Los Angeles: 75%
-Chicago: 75% (the lowest level)
Wed VS Unwed Sex:
-82% of married people report being sexually satisfied.
-71% of non-married people report being sexually satisfied.
-Unwed people have sex 130 times per year.
-Married people have sex 109 times per year.
Experimental Sex:
-74% claim to be experimenting with new ways to enhance their sex lives.
-48% said the most exciting place they've had sex is in a car.
-33% said the most exciting place they've had sex is in a bed that wasn't theirs.
-33% of men wanted to try sex on a plane.
-26% of women wanted to try sex on the beach.
-83% of men are willing to experiment when it comes to sex compared with 65% of women.
-31% of men describe themselves as sexually liberal compared to 16% of women.
Sex Postions:
-27% of men favor the missionary position while 24% prefer doggy style.
-45% of women favor the missionary while 13% prefer reverse cowgirl.
Sex Talk:
-15% of men would discuss their sex lives on Facebook or Twitter compared to 6% of women.
-19% have engaged in sexting and 19% have had online sex.
-18% have had sex with someone they met over the Internet.
-47% talk about sex with friends of the same gender and 28% talk about sex with friends of the opposite gender.
