The New Orleans super rock group -- which includes Philip Anselmo (Pantera), guitarist Pepper Keenan (Corrosion of Conformity), guitarist Kirk Windstein (Kingdom of Sorrow), bassist Rex Brown (Pantera), and drummer Jimmy Bower (Eyehategod, Crowbar) -- releases a three-disc CD/DVD set that includes a full two-disc live concert from London and a short film documenting the 2006 return of DOWN from the practice room through their first European tour along with a bonus behind-the-scenes featurette, Tyrades and Shananigans.

Various Artists, I’m Here Soundtrack (Chocolate Industries)

The soundtrack to the new Spike Jones short film – a sci-fi love story about two robots living in a future LA that's loosely based on Shel Silverstein’s The Giving Tree – features music by Animal Collective, Sleigh Bells and others. Jonze also put together a group to compose original music for the film, The Lost Trees, which includes Red Hot Chili Peppers' bassist Flea, Nick Zinner of the Yeah Yeah Yeah's, and Aska Matsumiya.

An expansive retrospective box set featuring two double CD compilations, Ninja Tune XX Vol.1 Two Decades and a Mixer, and Ninja Tune XX Vol.2, 20 yrs of Beats and Pieces, that include mostly new music from Amon Tobin, Roots Manuva, Dorian Concept, Daedelus, The Bug, Eskmo, Bonobo, Andreya Triana and many others along with remixes from Benga, Autechre, Flying Lotus, Four Tet, The Cinematic Orchestra, Diplo, Hot Chip, and Slugabed, among many others. At last count, this set included 106 tracks.
