On the Radar: The Vagina Monologues at The Studio@620

Welcome to On the Radar, where we preview up-and-coming arts events to mark your calendar for. Valentine’s Day is right around the corner (dude-bro’s, I hope you’ve already made reservations at Bern’s; single ladies, buy stock in Ben & Jerry’s), but there’s another V-Day coming up that’s less about forced signs of affection and more about sexual empowerment.
Eve Ensler’s The Vagina Monologues is onstage at The Studio@620, where women share
a series of funny, poignant, scary (and above all, honest) vignettes about the most revered, mysterious and otherwise talked-about area of the female anatomy: the vajayjay, the vertical smile, the vag, the pussy, the bearded clam.
