Dream Interpretation: Dreaming of masculine energy

I had this dream last night. last night: I was in a car with a man and we were coming back from someplace--perhaps dinner together, looking at offices, and such. we were getting close to my place and altho i was feeling close to him, i noticed that i suddenly started talking about business, getting some distance and then i work up. Interested in your comments.
Glad to help. This dream suggests ambivalence about relationships, work, or both. Assuming the dreamer is a woman, it could be as routine as not liking some guy she works with, or possibly thinking about romance with an office mate, but it’s not. I’m going to beat the drum here about not taking dreams literally.
Let’s look at it archetypically,
Most likely the dream is about the relationship the dreamer has with her animus, or inner masculine. Masculine energy has action in it. It’s a "do" kind of thing. Although she’s flirting with a relationship with her animus, this dreamer distances herself from her masculine, i.e. her romantic feminine becomes dominant, which is fine unless you need to get down to business and make some bucks.
I suggest the dreamer take a cue from Robert Johnson’s Inner Work, rescript her dream and stay in relationship with her masculine letting his energy call her to action.. The dream says it’s time.
