I felt like a caveman who had snuck up on a sleeping female and devised a way to "bust a nut" without actually getting his nuts busted in the process. There is something very animalistic and prehistoric about this motion, but does comes naturally, which makes for a quick learning curve.

Yes, most definitely. This is one of those positions that can become a staple. It is easy to accomplish and brings enjoyment to both the man and the woman.
