No Miss Domanatrix, please don't crush me!: On Monday, the Supreme Court decided to rule whether or not depictions of cruelty to animals are protected by the First Amendment. A law back in 1999 made it illegal to sell videos (or any media) showing cruelty to animals. The 1999 law was provoked by crush videos--videos of animals being stepped on--that people buy for sexual pleasure.
