You know those digital signs by the side of the road telling us about road conditions or that we should prepare to stop or that our local bridge might be closed next Tuesday from noon to midnight?

Yeah, well, they're pretty easy to reprogram to say much funnier things, like, say, "Zombies Ahead."

This is the internal display system of an Addco sign, according to i-hacked.com.

You kids and your domestic terrorism! That's actually a pretty funny idea. I'd love to change one to something like, "THE RAPTURE IS COMING."

Perhaps a message like “speed limits canceled” would be a tongue-in-cheek way to brighten travelers’ days.

More entertaining would be "Speed Limit 10 MPH -- Next 5 miles -- Fines Double" lol would have people creeping until they changed it.

What would be funnier would be if they would read "Falling economy, watch your head."
