Publix Greenwise in South Tampa has dazzling debut

The Publix Greenwise Market in SoHo, which opened Thursday, rocks. That's right. It rocks. I have never been so enamored by a grocery store.

The place has everything from freshly prepared sushi to organic bread to a deli to an indoor/outdoor dining area to a real butcher to a massive wine selection to Rogue beer.

The coolest feature, though, is the escalator (see pic below) that takes people — and their carts!— to the second and third floor parking garages. Sorry Sweetbay, this SoHo resident has found his new grocery destination.
