Tonight and tomorrow night, Tampa Theatre presents Encounters at the End of the World, filmmaker Werner Herzogs documentary about the Antarctic community of McMurdo Station, headquarters of the National Science Foundation and home to a mere 1,100 people during the austral summer (October-February).
