What happens when a long-neglected neighborhood undergoes revitalization, bringing in new residents, wealth and development?
That’s the central question in this week’s cover story about the Bartlett Park neighborhood in South St. Pete. Gentrification, and all the questions it raises about race and class, is a sensitive subject, but that’s all the more reason for dialogue.
